The chef in the cafe who cooked breakfast this morning was obviously feeling creative with the chillies. 2 poached eggs on crushed avocado with chillies and wilted spinach. No toast and an espresso.

Poached eggs on toast with smashed avocado witj chilli and an espresso today. Usually my lowcarb and protein breakfasts are wheatfree but today I really fancied a slice of granary toast A little of what you fancy is slways a good thing. Then you dont feel deprived or hanker after the forbidden any more.
