Late breakfast after yesterday’s barrecore class

Usually wheat free but today fancied a snall slice of sourdough toast with smashed avocado and some mixed seeds sprinkled on top. Good carbs and healthy fats. Organic scrambled eggs for protein Smoked salmon for Omega3 A small grilled tomato. Lasted all day on this big breakfast until an early supper.

Healthy eating Sunday brunch inspo

Scrambled eggs, avocado, tomatoes, mushrooms, and spinach or Kale ( your choice) . All cooked in organic butter or coconut butter. Hot water and lemon for liver cleanse to start and an Expresso coffee after.

A late breakfast after the pilates class

A cheese mushroom and spinach omelette .Yes you may have spotted Ketchup in the photo. Although Ketchup has sugar which I exclude from my own eating regime and recipe suggestions, just sometimes a little taste of what you fancy is better than total denial so you dont crave. healthyfood
