Usually, it's not because we don't love them. It's because we haven't quite found the right way to wear them.
This Zara skirt reminded me that sometimes the simplest styling is the most flattering.
A relaxed T-shirt, a narrow belt, and a denim jacket—and suddenly everything works.
A little reminder to shop your wardrobe before you shop the stores.

A little glimpse into my past life as a celebrity stylist and TV fashion and style commentator for Royal Ascot races.
I've experienced the event in so many ways...
Privately in the Royal Enclosure with friends and family,
Styling Zara Tindall MBE when she was still Zara Phillips,
Presenting fashion commentary for the BBC and interviewing celebrities - here including Ivana Trump and Shirley Bassey,
Presenting the fashion commentary for ITV and styling the anchor presenter,
Styling Clare Balding for a little video insert for BBC - shopping for Ascot outfits in a charity shop to support ethical sustainable fashion.

And the new Sheriff in town was @tvsanjeev who was brilliant at his unrehearsed and also spontaneously improvised role embracing both unexpected songs and dances to perform thrown at him together with his unrehearsed lines through an earpiece.

We spent time in the 'Last Chance Saloon' pre show and interval' and after the show had a glass of champagne. And what a joy it was to meet Sanjeev - who was such a lovely man.

My apologies for the picture quality in my reel. There was a light above us casting strange shadows.

The money for these tickets for all the performances of this show help to fund the local community around the Park theatre and Finsbury Park and local charities in multiple ways including dementia.

Each of the guest star sheriffs donate their time for free.

A brilliant immersive theatre show @parktheatrelondon - and so so funny. Worth seeing and also it's giving back to charity.

Monaco then. Monaco now.

As millions watched the Monaco Grand Prix this year, I found myself looking back at my own memories of Monte Carlo in the 1980s.

The helicopters. The private jets. The glamour.

The people who seemed to have everything.

Those memories became part of the inspiration for my novel Circle of Secrets.

Women are told they become invisible with age. I clearly missed that memo.

When are you too old to wear camouflage and neon? Or do you reach an age where you finally stop asking permission?

I spent years worrying about what was age-appropriate. Now I wear what gives me joy, makes me feel confident, comfortable and fully myself. Some people will love it. Some won't. That's the freedom that comes with age.

The most stylish woman in the room isn't the one following the rules—it's the one brave enough to break them.
