Sometimes life can become overwhelming and stressful creating health issues - and then we lose who are, our sparkle, positivity and self-motivation.
.
Health is precious and we should remember to offer daily gratitude to the universe for even the smallest of things. This can turn internal negativity to positivity which in turn attracts abundance, love and positive wonderful things once again into your life.

@healingwithdao I was open,honest and vulnerable in a deep and meaningful 1:1 conversation, followed by reiki healing and a sound bath.
.
The following morning I once again felt I'd found 'me' again and was operating on a higher vibrational energy level - no longer as though my battery was flat.
.
I am going for a second session next week. My first with Dao was truly transformative in how I feel again. 🙏 She gave me two de-stress mantras and a short meditation to do every morning- not forgetting a daily gratitude.
.
Btw - these sessions were fully paid - not gifted or an ad. This was for my own mental and physical health and wellbeing.

Tips to look chic and stylish on a budget
1. Know what the designer items look like so you can spot the perfect dupe.
2. Go back to the final days of the sales when the reductions are 70-80%.
3. If you're unsure - then dont buy. Do you really need it?
3. Don't buy just because it's cheap - buy because it works and earns its place in your existing wardrobe and can be worn into the next season.

A fascinating insight into the making of Frankenstein the movie
In an audience with Guillermo del Toro @vamuseum moderated by the eminent film historian Sir Christopher Frayling and @gdtreal incredibly talented creative team:

Creature design/prosthetics: Mike Hill
Composer: Alexandre Desplat

In my past career as a costume designer and costume stylist for films, pop promos, 1980s iconic Tv commercials and ad campaigns - it was so interesting to hear how such a visionary film director approached making this movie with such attention to every single detail - working with his creative team. It appeared to be very similar to the start of writing the plot of a novel - by first deep diving into the back story of each character- so each creative department of the movie would have the same template to work from.

A brilliant evening. I cannot recommend these audiences with.... enough. My next one this week is with Emerald Fennell discussing the making of Wuthering heights.
