Late breakfast after yesterday’s barrecore class

Usually wheat free but today fancied a snall slice of sourdough toast with smashed avocado and some mixed seeds sprinkled on top. Good carbs and healthy fats. Organic scrambled eggs for protein Smoked salmon for Omega3 A small grilled tomato. Lasted all day on this big breakfast until an early supper.

Lemon and ginger in hot water to start the day

If you’re adding Manuka or raw honey, make sure the water is warm, not boiling or too hot as it changes the healing properties of the raw honey. Ginger is great to help reduce inflammation and lemon is a blood purifier, cleanser and can strengthen the immune system.
