If you’re adding Manuka or raw honey, make sure the water is warm, not boiling or too hot as it changes the healing properties of the raw honey. Ginger is great to help reduce inflammation and lemon is a blood purifier, cleanser and can strengthen the immune system.

In the glass bowl is the one I made earlier from my roasted poussin supper last night. Boiling the poussin bones with onions garlic celery carrots. In the slow cooker is a beef bone rib , part of which was lunch today. Again simmering with shallots garlic celery and a carrot.
