Keeping moving. Strengthening surrounding muscles to injured shoulder rotator cuff with careful limited forward boxing jabs together with additional physio exercises for flexibility and mobility surrounding the joint. Keeping core engaged and shoulders down.
An early morning workout on the beach gives a positive and uplifting start to the day
HIIT 121 personal training with boxing, squats and lunges engaging the core and glutes throughout. However I am exercising with an injured shoulder so limited movement with my right arm, I am working together with a physio and a trainer to support and strengthen the surrounding muscles.
