Training morning
Now for the abs. Struggling a bit and the dog still not too impressed… Engaging the core, using the lower abs, rising and lowering with a straight back with as much control as possible. Also using glutes, hip flexors and quads. (I think) @misslucy_lou

More difficult than it looks when done correctly. So I’m looking very serious and still slightly wobbly. Dog @misslucy_lou not looking too impressed by my efforts either.

A filling and substantial low carb and protein healthy breakfast/brunch after morning exercise workout A 2-egg omelette (cooked in a ‘ green pan’ so no unhealthy non-stick coating) with a filling of chopped spinach(frozen packet spinach defrosted and cooked first), fried bacon lardons in coconut oil, and unpasteurised gruyere cheese
Accompanied with baby IOW tomatoes and some sliced avocado and omega3 ‘good oil’

This was filmed when I had full mobility in my right shoulder before my injury and subsequent recuperation. This morning’s healthy low carb and protein breakfast after my training session
The session includes boxing and light weights and bands to strengthen shoulder supporting muscles around the rotator cuff. Also HIIT training with squats, lunges around the boxing bouts.
