Definitely not starved! Braised chicken thighs(protein) with fennel (a diuretic) orange and red onion puree in the ‘swoosh’ , tomato dressing, romesco dip, blanched vegs, and a side ( not photographed) of sauteed kale with cashew nuts.(good carbs and protein) #5:2 @grayshottspa
