. Mobility, spinal mobility, flexibility, core and abs strength exercise. And also back of arm muscles as they are also used to help action the movement together with the lower abdominal muscles. Not very good at this ‘bear crawl’ fitness exercise
At least I tried my best! What a meany trainer! @sportsperformance86 ha! ha! This was at the end of 20 mins HIIT boxing workout and then doing these bear crawls up and down the garden 4 x over. So maybe that could be why I look so rubbish at this? . . . . .

. . Needed to wear colour as it’s such a grey day today. . . I like to mix High street with Designer. The cashmere sweater was an M&S sale bargain.. Bought in size 20 ( so I can wear it big and sloppy-I’m a 10/12) . . . . .
